How is it Friday already? Not that I am not complaining at all, I just wondered where the week went. I guess my days all began to blur together after dealing with my Pinterest account being hacked, changing every password on every online account I have in fear of a repeat followed by fighting off the threat of a cold. I don’t get colds! That’s what I keep telling myself as I feel one lurking behind the scenes.
Just a quick round of Friday Favorites to share today! Have a great weekend. 🙂
My Erin Condren Life Planner Arrived!
And look how pretty it is with all of the hearts and the rose gold-colored coil rings!
I made the decision to switch back to the Life Planner after a year hiatus. For 2017, I had switched to a Henri Bendel planner (shocker) but I realized I missed some of the features of the Life Planner. Among other things, I really like the coil binding which allows me to leave my planner open like a notebook so I can make notes while working.
If you are interested in ordering your own Life Planner, use this link and receive $20 off your first order! Code expires December 7. I receive $20 off my next order too if you order via this link.
This quote is so incredibly me.
This sweatshirt at Target!
Have you spotted the Zoe + Liv line of cute sweatshirts at Target yet? I love how super soft they are and they fit well too. And, they look just like the brand WILDFOX only they cost a fraction of the price!
I went with the I Love Snowdays top.
Although wait – the quote on this WILDFOX sweatshirt is also so me for this time of year. I may need it. “I Don’t Care About Your Resolution” – HA!
Pure Barre On Demand
Okay, so obviously we all know that I LOVE Pure Barre On Demand. I wrote my review a few months ago but still feel the need to say it out loud again! I’ve now been using Pure Barre On Demand for over six months and I have yet to get bored or think twice about paying the monthly fee. Especially with the colder weather here, I realize I don’t need to leave the house for a great workout. They are always adding new workouts to the menu and the variety of workouts (in terms of length and focus) keep me from losing interest.
If you are interested in trying barre from home, I definitely recommend signing up for Pure Barre On Demand. If you ever have any questions, please let me know!

Do you use a planner or prefer to use your phone to keep track of things?
3 things you have planned for this weekend?
With the pure barre on demand, do you need any extra equiptment? I would love to try it! But this weekend, I have work, am going to dinner with a friend and plan on decorating for the holidays 🙂 I hope you have a great weekend!
so the short answer is no, you can do any of the workouts from anywhere without equipment! many of the workouts are done with body weight or use light free weights. I do have free weights at home and I do use them but even in the video, the instructor says you can go without weight or use water bottles, canned food as your weight at home. one of my favorite workouts from pure barre on demand actually uses a towel as the resistance! I use a kitchen dish towel lol. I do have the little red ball from a few years ago when I ordered their DVD bundle but it’s not necessary. Hope this helps!
I’m totally a physical planner girl! I need to be able to color code things so it’s super easy to spot.
I haven’t seen that line at Target but it’s so cute!! That sweatshirt would be so cute with snowflake pjs pants. I may have to pass that along to my mom for my annual Christmas pjs.
I need to order my 2017 planner! After our chat about them this week I pulled out my 2016 planner that I had neglected for a few weeks and I really do believe they make a huge difference in productivity. Have a great weekend!
best of luck for the marathon tomorrow!!
I use the Happy Planner, which is basically a knock off of the Erin Condren one and I love it, especially the coil bounding, because I like to leave it open on my desk and it works great for lesson plans!
I am running CIM this weekend (eek!!!) This will be my 3rd marathon, my most trained for marathon, and the only marathon I took time off of running right before (eek!!! again) due to swelling along my Achilles. The swelling is a bit better and the pain has definitely gone down, so fingers crossed that all goes well this weekend!!
wishing you the best for tomorrow! maybe you will see Laura (this runner’s recipes) there too! best of luck!! let me know how it goes please.
I have pretty much completely switched to all electronic calendars and notes at this point! Sometimes I miss having a planner but its really nice not to carry it around.
agreed that it’s nice to not carry around a planner but I am finding I need to write things down again in addition to using my google calendar and things like that!
This reminds me I need to order my EC planner for 2018. Going to do it now….thanks.
